🏡 A Different Kind of Infill Is Coming to Fayetteville
If you’ve spent any time wondering what “good growth” could actually look like in Fayetteville, this might be it.
Rather than pushing farther outward, Front Porch NWA and Hometown Collective are focused on infill—adding housing within existing neighborhoods in a way that feels intentional.

📍What’s in the Pipeline?
A few Fayetteville projects are expected to break ground this year:
A 17-unit townhome development: 2-3 bedroom units near the Square designed for walkability and proximity to downtown
Two custom homes: Single-family residences off Happy Hollow bringing higher-end design into an established corridor. These are 3-4 bedroom (2,374 and 2,629 square feet) homes with large backyards and elevated design.
School Avenue Development: Plans for four urban detached homes on South School Ave, will bridge the gap between apartments and traditional single-family housing. These are expected late 2026-2027.
Each project leans into density—but without going overboard. They offer an alternative to both sprawling subdivisions and large apartment complexes.
