Warehouse District Expected in Johnson
The City of Johnson will welcome a new development to its growing Downtown area, called the Warehouse District, with an estimated opening date of Spring 2027.
She’s a Warehouse: The Warehouse District will be across the street from Johnson Square, where Pizzeria Ruby and Hail Fellow Well Met are located. The walkable development will feature apartments, a central green, a wine garden, a bar and brewery space, a dog park, and more.
District 12: Two restaurants will also be located at the Warehouse District, including Costa, a Pacific Mexican seafood restaurant, and Table A1A, a Florida seafood restaurant.

Jones Center To Kick Off Parents’ Night Out Series
Jones Center in Springdale will kick off its Parents’ Night Out series this Friday, Aug 28, from 6-9p.
Parent Perk: The series lets parents drop off their kids at Jones Center for a night of supervised fun while they enjoy a date night, get in a workout, or take some time to rest.
Good to Know: The program is for kids ages 5-12, with each night featuring activities, crafts, games, snacks, and a family-friendly movie. Future dates are Sep 25, Oct 23, Nov 20, and Dec 11.

Enjoy a New Way to Tailgate for Razorback Games
A new way to tailgate for Razorback football games will kick off this fall.
Walk the Walk: Fayetteville Trailgating will connect fans from Downtown Fayetteville to Razorback Stadium with a just-under-one-mile walk.
The Path: Two hours before kickoff, fans can meet at the Upper Ramble in Downtown Fayetteville and follow the Greenway north to Maple Street along Sorority Row before finishing at HogTown in front of Razorback Stadium. The route will be fully marked four hours before each home game, so fans can enjoy it at their own pace.
